We charge a modest retainer of $850 to cover the cost of putting the client's plans on paper. These plans provide them with a road map of their project, including what to expect for a cost when it's done. They can shop with these plans and obtain other bids, all based on the same plan.

Many of our clients have told us that the retainer is the best money they've spent, and that in some cases we've saved
them tens of thousands of dollars by steering them in the right direction.

What happens next? When you enlist our design expertise, we set up a meeting with you in your home, and the process
begins! Here is what to expect:

Meeting with one of our in-house designers in your home.
You will be asked a few simple questions to determine the
best function for your new space

Laying out the floor-plan for your new remodeled kitchen, outdoor kitchen, master bath, or whatever area you want to change

Creating your new design using kitchen-design CAD software

A presentation to you of your completed space, including floor-plans to scale, renderings and perspectives of the new design. This meeting will take place at our showroom or online.
